• If the reservation is cancelled within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days prior to arrival date a full refund will be given.
• If the reservation is cancelled after 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days prior to arrival the cancellation fee will be 50% of full value.
• If the reservation is cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival the cancellation fee will be 100% of full value.
• ‘No Show’ cancellation – 100% of full value.

• Cancellation more than 30 day prior to arrival – 50% cancellation fee
• Cancellation less that 30 days prior to arrival – 100% cancellation fee
